The vision

Julie Silva (Founder) created the Joseph Silva Memorial foundation in 2015 as a memorial and tribute to her late father Joseph Silva and continued his legacy and Memorial Toy Drive since he passed in 2013. As time passed and Toy Drive collections evolved and grew larger and Joe’s Foundation was the perfect tribute to Daddy.

In 2019 my vision became my purpose and a reality when “Jules Hope Chest” was created and with my vision grew three (3) divisions .

Jules Hope Chest is a non-profit organization that was established to provide the extra hope and enhancement of items and programs that maybe considered as extra's. They are the items that are easily cut from budgets but we are making them our priority to allow children to just be kids and not have to worry about the extra's needed for their childhood. The ideal supporters and companies that will be a perfect fit are those who care about helping at risk and in need children throughout the state of RI. Those who want to give back and help enhance the lives of children by helping us make a difference. From small business to large corporations and everyone in between it takes a village and no donation is to small.

Jules Hope Chest will serve as the "Umbrella" for three important divisions that will continue to "Enhancing the lives of Children...one child at a time."
